Who for the first time on my channel?
Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 172 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 45 kg.

Today I have a productive day, working and inspiration there, and wanted to cook something tasty.

So today I'm working at the computer and in between cooking. Their physical activity, I put off until tomorrow because today barely got out of bed, so sore leg muscles after cycling.

For breakfast I had scrambled eggs from two eggs and a sandwich on whole grain bread (35) with caviar carp breakdown (20 g). And tiny Pomidorka.

Breakfast is turned on 320 kcal.

While working at the computer was snacking apple and green tea with dried plums.

Prunes weighed for the whole day (50g) as rye bran (20 g).

A total of snack happened 230 kcal.

Before dinner, I went out of business and there was a small walking tour.

Good for lunch when there are pre-cooked food.

150 g of buckwheat and 150 g of chicken liver, stewed with apples. So tiny Pomidorka. Total for lunch - 290 kcal.

During breaks from work, I cooked roll with apple curd. I'll tell you - it is something! I do not know how I stopped... could eat the whole loaf! We tried it in the warmth of another form.

Ate 100 g roll - 90 kcal.

For dinner I 200 g of raw pollack fried in a frying pan over nonstick drop of olive oil and vegetable salad: tomato (90 g) and cucumber (120 g), filled with 25 g of cream.

Dinner came to 350 kcal.

Total for the day came in 1280 kcal.

Drunk water norm. Fiznagruzki today was not, as you know, the muscles relaxed.
