Taking this opportunity, I want to congratulate the biggest culinary site on its 4th anniversary 🎆🎁 I wish you prosperity and new delicious, interesting, unusual and rare recipes. More active users and more vivid impressions from cooking different sweets. There are many "cool" and advanced authors on our COOKPAD, but there are also simple, modest housewives, whose cooking brings joy and satisfaction from the cooking process itself. Happy birthday, URA! 😍👏👏👏 I came here by accident, 3 years ago. At first, I just read recipes and made them. Then she threw off one recipe, followed by the second, and off we went. And now I got involved, and even my husband supports me. Takes pictures and shares with friends. This is my second hobby after work. She's first 🤣🤣🤣 Simple and delicious roll with curd cream and oranges. The filling can be any. I did it for work, to drink some tea 😁 #kukpad4
Ingredients: "SV" eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, premium flour, Cream, cottage cheese, sugar - more can be), orange, banana, zest of 1 orange, Syrup, sugar + 150 ml. water
Cooking method:
Let's make a biscuit. Beat the egg with sugar until fluffy.
Add flour and cocoa powder and knead with a spatula. Pour batter onto parchment paper and spread evenly. We bake at T-180 * C for 12-15 minutes. Check for dry skewer. Remove the paper from the hot biscuit and roll it into a roll in the same paper. Let cool completely.
For the cream, we wipe everything except the orange with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
Unroll the biscuit and brush with syrup. Trim the edges. Top with cream. Peel the orange from the films. Spread evenly on the biscuit. Roll into a roll, being careful not to fall apart. I just rubbed the chocolate on top. You can decorate at your discretion.
Remove to refrigerator. Let it soak. On the cut, fruit and white cream are clearly visible in combination with a chocolate biscuit. The taste is pleasant, delicate, with pieces of orange and chocolate. Happy everyone ☕🤗
