Laguna salad of seaweed with crab sticks and corn

A few minutes of your time and a delicious salad will be ready, such a salad is perfect for a family lunch or dinner, you can experiment with dressings.

Recipe:

Crab sticks -200g.

Corn -1 can (100-150gr)

Egg -3pcs.

Seaweed -1 can (150-200gr)

Onion -1pc.

Marinade for onions:

Sugar -1 tsp

Apple cider vinegar -1 tbsp

For homemade mayonnaise:

Vegetable oil -150 ml.

Sugar -1 / 2 tsp

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Mustard -1 tsp

Lemon juice -1 tbsp

Egg -1pc.

COOKING METHOD

First, pickle the onion. Cut into small cubes, add 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, mix and leave for 3-4 minutes. Cut crab sticks 200 grams,
Boil 3 eggs and cut into cubes.

We collect the salad. Put crab sticks in a bowl, add eggs, drain the liquid from the corn and add to the salad bowl, with pickled seaweed, I take it in cans without any additives, drain the liquid and also add to salad bowl.

Add the bow. We fill with mayonnaise. I dress with homemade mayonnaise, I cook it like this. I mix 1/3 tsp. salt, half a tsp. sugar with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Pour 150 ml of vegetable oil into the jar, add salt with sugar and lemon juice, add 1 tsp. mustard, I break 1 egg.

Lower the blender so that the yolk is under the blender and whisk. It takes 15-20 seconds in time.
Mix the salad, put it in a suitable salad bowl, decorate it as you wish, I made a net of mayonnaise and sprinkled with herbs.

For dressing such a salad, not only mayonnaise is suitable, you can add sour cream, yogurt or vegetable oil.
