Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.

At the present time I have been able to get rid of 44 kg.

I think that everything will be so busy with their own affairs on May 9 that few will find a couple of minutes to run to the visitors to my blog.
But I can not help but pay attention to the blog and those who still visit me that day.
I will tell you today how I spent my short little pre-holiday on 8 May.
I had planned to run yesterday to today, the second in a row, but not grown together. After yesterday's jogging legs have not rested, and knee, which I have long been damaged by a fall from a bicycle, sometimes gives an effect. So after yesterday's walk, it creaks.
So I put down a run to the best of times, and in the mood for dumbbells.
But for breakfast today I had porridge (50 g dry) milk (200 g) plus breed 1k 1 with water.
The oatmeal added on the advice of Lisa vanilla, cinnamon and sahzam. The result was no porridge, and a miracle of some sort. Well, very tasty!
At breakfast, I drink vitamins and green tea.
Breakfast came on 290 kcal.
At the snack well, very much like something wrong, chose wholegrain toast with roe perch, low-fat cheese (about 30 grams) with green tea and then cracked his apple.
Snack left on 200 kcal.
For dinner plate lentil soup on the chicken breast (450g) with rye loaf and cucumber (60 g).
Lunch came to 250 kcal.
After lunch tea drunk with chocolate 75% (20 g) - 100 kcal.
For dinner I chicken breast was baked in the oven (130 g) and steamed with carrots and onions zucchini (150 g).
Dinner - 230 kcal.
During the day, with tea coached prunes and dried apricots on 100 kcal.
Total for the day came in 1170 kcal.
Drunk water norm.
