Ingredients: For pancakes:, eggs, sour cream 20%, psyllium husk, baking powder, Salt, water, Baking oil (e.g. ghee), Stuffing and filling:, Classic homemade minced meat (already seasoned with salt, pepper, onion and egg), Sour cream 20% for pouring pancakes, Hard cheese for sprinkles

Mix eggs and sour cream in a blender. Separately mix psyllium, baking powder and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to eggs with sour cream. Mix with a blender. Let stand. The dough will thicken. Add water, stir and let stand for a couple more minutes. The dough should not be thick. During baking, the dough thickens, so you need to add a little more water. Bake like regular pancakes.
Spread an even layer of RAW MEAT on each pancake (SEE fig. PHOTO). Roll each pancake into a tube (see photo). (see photo) and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Top each pancake with sour cream (use a brush well).
Bake until minced meat is ready. Cheese grate on a fine grater. Remove the pancakes from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven to melt the cheese or until the cheese is golden brown. Incredibly delicious!
