Today I will share a recipe for incredibly tender cottage cheese cookies. We prepare very simply and quickly from the available products. Thanks for the inspiration @KattCookpad

Cottage cheese cookies with coconut

Ingredients: cottage cheese, egg, flour, butter, coconut flakes, sugar in the dough + 3 tbsp. for rolling, baking powder

Cooking method:

Put cottage cheese, softened butter, egg, 2 tbsp in a bowl. sugar and coconut. We break through the submersible blenders into a homogeneous mass. You can not add sugar to the dough.

Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough, first with a spatula and then with your hands.

Roll out the dough into a layer 3-4 cm thick.

Cut out circles with a glass. The diameter of my glass is 7.5 cm.

Fold each circle in half and in half again. Triangle-shaped cookies are obtained. With the rest of the test, we repeat everything by analogy.

Roll each cookie in sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking mat.

Bake at 180*C for about 15-20 minutes.
