Yeast dough for pies, pies and buns

Ingredients: milk, eggs, sugar, salt, yeast, flour

Cooking method:

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl (they should be at room temperature).

In a main bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, sugar and salt. Stir until dry ingredients are dissolved.

Pour the prepared eggs into the mixture with milk, mix.

Portionally add the sifted flour to the mixture until the moment when the dough stops sticking to your hands (I first I beat with a whisk, then I mix with a spoon / spatula, and only then I turn to kneading hands). At the very end, add a little vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick when lowering.

Leave the dough in a warm place, covered to rise. I cover with a towel, lower it 2-3 times.

The dough is ready, you can sculpt what you want. Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Photos are for finished products only.
