A simple lunch or dinner option.
Ingredients: minced meat, medium potatoes, onion, medium carrot, red bell pepper, tomato paste, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, suneli hops, bay leaf, cilantro or any greens
Cooking method:
Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Rinse the carrots, peel, grate on a coarse grater.
On a drop of vegetable oil, fry the onion for a few minutes, then add carrots to it, mix and fry for 5 minutes.
After adding minced meat, fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Bulgarian pepper wash, peel, cut into small cubes. Add to minced meat for 3 minutes.
Then add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste (you can use pureed tomatoes)
Potatoes, cut into large slices, add to minced meat. Pour in enough water to cover potatoes and bring to a boil.
Then salt, pepper, add suneli hops, paprika, mix thoroughly. Add bay leaf and squeeze garlic, simmer until tender.
Sprinkle cilantro or your favorite greens on top. Bon Appetit! 🥰
