Today I decided to share with you. β€οΈ Bright, interesting, hearty and mouth-watering salad. π©π½βπ³π₯ You can use your own greens and meat π.
Ingredients: Chicken fillet, Bulgarian pepper, Cucumber, Cilantro, Walnut, Tomato, Eggplant, Vegetable frying oil, olive oil, red onion, canned red beans, garlic, salt, pepper, provence herbs
Cooking method:
Prepare all ingredients according to the recipe.
Cut the eggplant into strips, fry in a hot pan with a small amount of oil.
Wash the bell pepper, cut into strips and fry together with the eggplant.
Wash the cucumber, cut into half rings, put in a salad bowl.
Wash the tomatoes, pat dry and add to the salad bowl.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings, rinse the beans in cold water, dry and add to the salad.
Next, add the chilled eggplant and pepper to the salad. Wash cilantro, cut. Boil the fillet, cool, disassemble into fibers.
Add the fillet to the salad and start dressing the salad. Peel the garlic, grate, add olive oil, Provence herbs and mix everything.
Wash the walnut, dry it, cut it and add it to the salad. Pour dressing over salad, mix and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Salad ready!!
