Calorie counting and BJU helped me understand my mistakes in nutrition, rebuild and change eating habits.
During the time of losing weight, my taste has changed - what seemed tasty before is now too fatty, too sweet. I learned how to cook less high-calorie meals than before, but at the same time no less tasty.
Now the volume of my food is even larger than before, but my food contains two times fewer calories and is balanced in proteins, fats and carbohydrates. This gives me the opportunity to maintain my result, and at the same time, fill my stomach.
The balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates helped me improve my health and now I feel even better than before.
It is impossible to sit on diets all your life, but it is possible to find the kind of food that you can always stick to.

On March 14, we all saw off the winter. Like many of you, I used to bake pancakes. But I and I, without lightly salted fish - she just asked for pancakes, so we bought a piece in advance so that enjoy delicious pancakes on Sunday morning and spend the winter, which does not want us to leave.
Breakfast is mine: 130 g of pancakes, 80 g of lightly salted fish, 30 g of cottage cheese and lettuce. I put some cheese, a piece of fish, a leaf of lettuce on the pancake and rolled the pancake into a roll.
Happened 520 kcal. I ate from the heart!
After such a breakfast I didn't feel like eating for a long time, but on my legal day off I wanted to treat myself to coffee with milk and syrup, as well as a piece of chocolate (20 g). And I got a snack for 210 kcal, which I forgot to photograph, because we were in a hurry to see how they would burn a scarecrow in the yard, seeing off the winter.
We actively saw off the winter in our yard, the kids did their best. But this year the winter is stubborn. As soon as everyone went home (lunch time), it snowed!
To be honest, I am very tired of winter, I want warmth, sun, greenery, the scent of flowering plants. I hope soon the sun will delight us with its warmth.
I had lunch with minced pork cutlets / chicken breast (150 g), 70 g of boiled pasta and 120 g of vegetables. Lunch turned out to be 420 kcal.
And for dinner I prepared mushroom julienne for everyone. Fried onions with mushrooms, added salt, pepper, garlic. Sprinkle mushrooms with cornstarch, add sour cream and mix well. Arranged in tins, sprinkled with cheese and in the oven until the cheese melted. It turned out delicious and satisfying.
For julienne, I have a piece of whole-grain rye bread (25 g) and sweet pepper. Dinner for 315 kcal.
And in the evening with tea I ate two "pastilles" (40 g) - 105 kcal.
The result of my day: K - 1570, B - 92, F - 71, U - 131.
I definitely drink my water standards - this is about 2 - 2.2 liters of clean drinking water, not counting tea and other liquids.
I definitely drink water: a glass in the morning on an empty stomach and a glass before each meal. And I drink the rest of the water during the day when I feel like it. And the desire to drink water necessarily arises. Although before I did not drink water at all - only black tea with a huge amount of sugar (and this is already food, and empty calories).
When you gradually accustom yourself to drinking water, you begin to understand that the body often perceived the signal about thirst as hunger.
Therefore, if you are losing weight and you are often visited by a feeling of hunger and appetite wakes up, drink some water.
