#cookpad4 Dear Cookpad! Happy Birthday! A simple, very tasty diet recipe. Cheesecakes are lush, soft inside, with a crispy crust. Also, they are not sweet at all, only banana gives sweetness. If you like it sweeter, you can add a little honey as a sweetener when serving. Prepared according to the recipe of the author Mila K @mila_kaskandelova
Ingredients: Banana, Cottage cheese 5%, Rice flour, Corn flour, rice or oat flour (for deboning cheesecakes), Egg, salt, vegetable oil for frying, Cranberries, microgreens (optional)
Cooking method:
We prepare the necessary products. Mash the banana with a fork. Add egg, cottage cheese, salt. Mix until smooth banana-curd mass.
Add flour and mix thoroughly. The mass should turn out to be quite dense and stop sticking to your hands. We form small balls from the curd mass with our hands. Dip them in cornmeal. It is not necessary to use it in order for the cheesecakes to turn out to be a bright yellow color. You can take the same rice or, for example, oatmeal.
Fry cheesecakes in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil over low heat under a lid on both sides. Bon Appetit!
