Preparation:
Cook the broth from the meat of any kind. To get a tasty broth, add pepper, and a few minutes before end of cooking, put the bay leaf. Then slotted spoon remove the leaf and pepper.
In a frying pan fry a chopped onion, add to it 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. You can put a tomato sauce or tomato juice, but will need more time, about half a cup. Onions with tomato paste put into the broth.
Put the soup in a pickle, sliced ββinto strips. If the cucumbers are small, you can put 2 or 3. Now what is left of New Year's table: sausage, smoked chicken, pork, smoked ribs, meat rolls, etc. In general, we put all that is meat, cut into strips.
Add 5-6 olives, cut into rings. Cook all together for 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges, sour cream and fresh herbs. Bon appetit, my dear friends! And a Happy New Year 2019!
