When you want to have a bite and your soul asks for a dessert, I suggest you try making curd mousse.

You will need a blender, cottage cheese and any fruit or berries. A small amount of nuts will add zest to the mousse.

I decided to cook with persimmon - the persimmon season is still in full swing.

Everything is prepared very quickly and simply.

Peel and seed fruits, if any, and chop the nuts into small pieces.

Put the persimmon in a blender and add the curd.

Optionally, you can add a sweetener or sugar or honey (but take into account in KBZHU) and a pinch of vanilla. The sweetness of persimmon was enough for me. But whoever loves sweeter is better to sweeten.

We interrupt everything with a blender into a homogeneous mass and put it in portioned bowls.

I used a glass.

I left a slice of persimmon for decoration, cutting it into 3 petals.

Sprinkle with nuts and enjoy!

For 1 serving I used:

  • 1 small persimmon - 120 g,
  • 120 g 5% cottage cheese,
  • 10 g cashew nuts.

KBZHU per serving: K - 290, B - 23.8, F - 11.7, U - 21.8.
