#kukpad4 Delicious, fragrant bread. It will look worthy on the festive table. Happy birthday, my favorite site! 🤗💖 Based on @ella_na_kuhne's recipe. Ella's recipe for bread is very tasty. But I wanted to get a more airy crumb, so I experimented a bit with the ingredients.

Cornbread with cheese

Ingredients: milk, water, dry yeast, salt, sugar, vegetable, turmeric, corn flour, wheat flour, cheese, egg

Cooking method:

Mix milk with water and warm slightly. Pour salt, sugar, yeast and 50 grams of flour. Mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Cover and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Pour oil into the dough, add turmeric, mix. Add cornmeal, stir. Sprinkle wheat flour, knead the dough. It will slightly stick to your hands. Cover and leave for 2 hours.

Do not fold the risen dough. Place carefully on a floured work surface. Stretch the dough. Fold one edge to the middle and cover with the second edge on top. Stretch the edges again and fold again.

Form a banana. The dough is soft and easy to form. Transfer to a greased baking sheet and cover with a napkin, leave for 1 hour. Make a cut along the middle.

Grate the cheese and mix with the egg. Lay out in the cut.

Bake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. Bon Appetit!
