Custard cakes " Swans"

Ingredients: water, butter, flour, eggs, cream, milk, sugar, corn starch, egg, butter, vanillin

Cooking method:

Dissolve oil in water, bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and add flour, knead the dough well so that there are no lumps. Let cool.

Add eggs to the dough, one at a time. Stir each time until smooth. The dough is smooth, soft and creamy.

Using a pastry bag and nozzles, pipe the eclairs and swan necks. Form a beak with a toothpick. Bake at 180°C. The baking time depends on the size of the eclairs. "Necks" are baked faster.

Mix the egg with sugar and starch. Pour in milk and stir until smooth. Put on a slow fire and stirring constantly, thicken. Add butter and vanilla to hot cream. Mix well, cover with cling film and leave to cool.

Cut off the top of the cooled eclairs and cut it in half. These will be the wings. Put the cream in the blanks. Install necks. Insert wings on the sides. Happy tea!
