#kookpad4 I am very glad that today I can congratulate the whole Kookpad Team and all the Authors on their birthday 🎉 Good luck to everyone, inspiration and creative ideas. I want to share a wonderful recipe for cooking fish in pita bread, in this case, it's trout. Now you can catch this fish yourself and even in winter. Therefore, there is an opportunity to experiment with the recipes you like.
Ingredients: trout, weighing about 1.5 kg, Armenian lavash, large onion, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, can be replaced with sour cream, raw egg, parsley, 1.5-2 table. l chopped dill, salt, ground black pepper, apple cider vinegar + 1/2 cup water, tomato, depending on size, hard cheese
Cooking method:
Defrost the trout, remove the skin, bones. Cut into serving pieces. Put in a suitable tray. Salt, pepper and pour 2 table. l vegetable oil. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for a while.
Onion cut into half rings. Salt a little, pour apple cider vinegar. And fill with water. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Then drain the marinade, and put half the onion in the chopper. Add 2 tables here. l mayonnaise, egg, parsley and turn everything into a sauce.
Add chopped dill.
And pour the pieces of fish with this sauce. Cover with cling film and refrigerate again..
Lavash sheets cut into rectangles of suitable size.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
When all the preparations are over, we take the fish out of the refrigerator. On the prepared rectangles of pita bread, lay out two circles of tomato, on them a slice of fish along with the sauce. On top of an onion half ring.
We fold the envelopes and put them in a baking dish, after greasing it with vegetable oil.
Lubricate the top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
We send it to a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
