Welcome to my channel! Here I share my experience of losing weight, reaching the maintenance of the achieved result and recipes for low-calorie dishes that are included in my slimming diet.

After many years of dieting and trying to lose weight, I could only achieve results by counting calories:

Thanks to calorie counting and BJU, you can even include those foods from the name of which some immediately recover by 2-3 sizes in the diet. For example, dumplings pasta, cheese and even potatoes!

Do you know why? Because we get better not from a specific product, but from overeating. You can eat only the "right" foods, combine only compatible foods (they even do this), but get better! Because even the most correct products can overeat.

Or you can eat comfortably, adding your favorite foods to your daily calorie intake and monitoring the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates (if we want to maintain health and quality of food) and at the same time lose weight.

Once again, I want to talk with you about lowering calorie intake. Often in the comments it is revealed that some of you underestimate your calorie intake, but our friendly team manages to enlighten and explain why you shouldn't do this.

But another masterpiece by someone passing by, pushed me again to briefly clarify the problems of low calorie intake:

Let me write nonsense for someone - there are cases when it is pointless to argue. Nonsense, so nonsense.

But I am sure that among the readers there are reasonable people who not only want to become slim, but also take care of their health.

I will try briefly about why you should not underestimate the calorie intake.

✅ A severely low calorie intake is no longer a comfortable weight loss that many only dream of, but a tough diet. Sometimes they write to me that they started counting calories following my example, but they are not satisfied and not comfortable, and even hungry. As a result, it turns out that they count calories, but they underestimated the calorie intake, because they it seemedthat 1900-2000 kcal is a lot and so they will not lose weight (or they will lose weight for a very long time, but now they need to be straight) and decided to stick to 1200-1300 calories. It's strange why hungry, right? And because they simply went into a diet with strict restrictions, once again driving themselves into a corner.

✅ Low calorie intake leads to hunger and breakdowns. And a breakdown is just another jam, which will bring even more excess weight than you had.

✅ A severely low calorie intake can lead to health problems. The minimum number of calories leads to the minimum amount of nutrients that enter the body with food, and therefore, we get a deficiency of nutrients and vitamins that we just need to maintain health.

✅ A severely underestimated calorie intake can lead the body to such stress, in which protective functions are activated. The body will stop losing excess weight even for 1000 kcal, and having received a little more calories, it will put them in reserve. As a result, girls appear who "get fat from the smell of food." And worst of all, under such stress, the body turns off and slows down many processes so as not to waste energy on them, which it sorely lacks (including the processes of childbirth!).

As a result, in attempts to lose weight as quickly as possible, we lose our health and drive ourselves into a corner from which it is very difficult to get out.

There are many girls who raised their calories and only after that began to lose weight, removing the body from stress.

The choice is always yours.

I will show my menu as an example of calculating KBZHU.

Sunday breakfast - two eggs and a sandwich on homemade whole grain bread (35 g) with avocado (40 g) and fish (40 g).

Breakfast for 460 kcal. Drank green tea at breakfast.

Frosts came to the Moscow region. And we were also covered with snow. On the street today there is beauty - frost and sun! It's a wonderful day. I would sit at home and drink hot tea. But in the morning we had to go on business.

We returned home quickly, it was just time for a snack. I cut all mangoes - vitamins to eat.

My snack - 135 g mango - 90 kcal.

I thought that I would no longer go anywhere in such a frost and would sit at home, warm, drink hot tea, communicate with my family, relax and watch a movie.

But I had to make another sortie. They brought the meat I ordered - a little pork.

While I was waiting for my order to be given out, I froze terribly.

And I decided that I would eat dumplings with everyone at lunchtime - hot dumplings in such weather - it seems perfect to me. Because the conceived greyhound seemed to me not too satisfying for lunch after the frost.

155 g dumplings (frozen weight) and 40 g Greek yogurt - 390 kcal.

After lunch we all sat down to watch the movie "Streltsov". I won't say that the film impressed, but you can watch it. From the last films we really liked "Fire". Here he impressed: both tears and laughter cried out from everyone in the cinema.

For dinner I was ordered pilaf - I fulfilled the order, cooked it. And she herself dined with borscht (450 g) with 40 g of Greek yogurt.

Dinner for 310 kcal.

After dinner I drank tea with marshmallows - 110 kcal.

And from today on, I started adding fiber to the diet. You can't eat vegetables and fruits in normal quantities, yes
and do not want to eat what is sold in stores.

In the evening (3 hours before bedtime) I ate 120 g of yogurt and 10 g of fiber - 110 kcal.

Result of the day: K - 1470 kcal. B - 72, F - 63, U - 129. I drank my water norm.

I would like to ask you about coconut oil. Some of you wrote that you also bought it. Are you using? Besides the fact that I really like the way it behaves in frying, coconut oil is great for hair care.

In winter, in cold weather, I felt the benefits more than ever. Hair is dried from frost, and with the help of a mask made of coconut oil, it becomes moisturized, silky.
