Light shrimp salad

Ingredients: large shrimp, medium tomato, baby spinach, garlic, hot pepper, arugula, salt, pepper, lemon, olive oil, vegetable oil, balsamic cream, parmesan (optional)

Cooking method:

Shrimps 🍤 clean, salt, pepper, pour 1/4 lemon juice, add a little olive oil and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic and hot pepper and fry a little in vegetable oil for just a minute.

Add spinach and salt to the garlic and pepper and fry everything together for a little less than a minute, stirring constantly.

Next, fry the shrimp in a pan until cooked (fry in portions so that the skates are fried, not stewed).

Put the arugula on the bottom of the dish.

Spread spinach with garlic and pepper on top.

We cut the tomatoes into small cubes and send them to the salad.

Next, send the shrimp and mix everything lightly.

Drizzle salad with 1/4 lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic cream.

Sprinkle cheese on top of salad (optional).
