Happy birthday to #CookPad and wish this culinary site to prosper, grow and expand beyond our vastness. So that we, lovers of culinary experiments, develop together with you. And in honor of such an event, I want to give an easy recipe for a chocolate cupcake without spending a lot of time!!! #cookpad4 This is probably one of the easiest chocolate desserts. It has a crispy crust on the surface and a moist core, just like a brownie. And, like brownies, served with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream. Ingredients: Per mug 350-400 ml:, flour;, cocoa;, vegetable oil (I have coconut oil);, salt;, baking powder;, sugar;, egg;, cream Parmalat 20%;, chocolate/nuts/dried fruits to taste;, milk for consistency
Cooking method:
We combine all the ingredients: first dry (flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and sugar).
Next, add liquid ingredients: butter (I have coconut oil), cream and an egg. At the end, add any additives to taste: chocolate, nuts or dried fruits. Also add a little milk if the consistency is too thick. The consistency should be like brownie dough.
The indicated amount of ingredients is exactly enough for a volume of 350-400 ml. Can be divided into two small circles. We put the mug in the oven at 180 gr for 20-25 minutes, or in the microwave for 3-4 minutes (maximum power). Make sure that the cake does not run away, as it rises well.
Chocolate cupcake is ready! Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
