Ingredients:

carrot, 250 gr.

Flour 150-c.

sugar 150 g.

raisins 100 gr.

Egg 1 pc.

oil rastitelnoe- Art. l.

cocoa-powder 1 tablespoon. l.

disintegrant for test-1 hour. l.

cinnamon-milled for 1 hour. l.

Preparation.

Raisins are washed and pour boiling water for 10 minutes.

Carrots cleanse and rub on a small grater. Add the sugar, egg, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, cinnamon. The baking powder and flour put introduce gradually into the mixture.

Do not forget to add the raisins.

All mix thoroughly and spread in a form (the form is necessary to lubricate the cream and sprinkle with flour).

Put in a pre-heated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

We took out the cake, giving cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serve at the table.
