Cooking method:

Roll out the dough into a sausage, cut off small pieces, roll into ovals.

We put the stuffing inside and pinch the edges. We immediately lay out our wickets on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

We coat the pies with our sauce and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
