Ingredients:
500 gr. capelin
50 ml of soy sauce
30 ml of olive oil or vegetable oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove of garlic

0.5 hours. l. ground black pepper
0.5 hours. l. dry garlic
Preparation:

2. Mix all the marinade ingredients.

Ingredients:
500 gr. capelin
350 ml water
2 hours. l. salt
1 h. l. Sahara
3 bay leaves
2-3 pc. carnations
5-7 pcs. black peppercorns
2 hours. l. grain mustard
3 hours. l. 9% vinegar
Preparation:
1. Water to boil, add spices and boil for 5 minutes. Then cool to room temperature.
2. Capelin and prepare to shift into a deep bowl, pour the cooled marinade over the fish.
3. Remove container with capelin in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Then stir and remove another day.
Recipe pickled capelin №3 - lemon-garlic
Preparation:
30 ml of vegetable oil
1 h. l. fresh lemon juice
1 h. l. lemon peel
3 cloves garlic passed through the press
0.5 hours. l. paprika
30 oz. salt
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Capelin defrost, wash and prepare for salting.
3. The resulting marinade dip capelin.
4. Already after 4 hours the fish is ready for use, but you can hold it in brine and longer.
If we compare with vinegar, lemon juice is not so much effect on the product, so long you can keep the fish in the brine.
Serve with potatoes.
