Tomorrow will come to visit relatives, you need to get out to buy food, marinate the meat.

But still have time to all their workers finish the business.

Today my early breakfast consisted of fried eggs from two eggs, a piece of whole-wheat bread (20 g) and chocolates to tea (15 g).

During lunch time, be sure to drink vitamins and omega-3 capsule.

Breakfast is turned on 365 kcal.

After breakfast I was working the case and the day was without a snack.

I came back just in time for lunch time, had time on the way back, even to run for groceries.

And as always helps the soup cooked in advance.

A plate of cheese soup (450 g) with a slice of rye bread (40 g) for lunch brought me 500 kcal.

After lunch with tea, I ate 30 grams of dried apricots and prunes 20 g - 125 kcal.

By the way, it is very helpful to replace the sweet tea and useful!

For dinner I had a turkey breast (180 g raw) non-stick frying pan fried with spices and vegetables: tomato (150 g) and cucumber (120 g), filled balsamic.

Total dinner turned 220 kcal.

Do not forget to drink water rate (the rate of 30 ml per kg of body weight).
