Mushroom and hard cheese soup

Ingredients: Whole champignons, Potato, Garlic, Salt, Ground black pepper, Hard cheese, Bulb onion, Beef meat

Let's prepare our ingredients.

Boil the beef, I cut it into small pieces to cook faster. Let's add some salt.

Finely chop the onion, mushrooms, potatoes, finely chop the garlic.

Put the boiled meat separately on a plate and put all our ingredients, onions, garlic, potatoes, mushrooms into the broth, add spices.

Grate the cheese and heat it up in the microwave. We have melted cheese.

Our soup is boiling, the potatoes are cooked, you can put soup for testing without mashing, and if you want mashed potatoes, then add our grated processed cheese, mix with a blender.

Our soup is ready, it turned out delicious, I cut the beef and decorated the soup. In what form to eat, choose for yourself, but be careful with salt and cheese, you can oversalt by accident, so try when you cook😊
