Cooking method:
Beat eggs with sugar until white. Gradually add flour. Do not beat the dough for a long time with a mixer, otherwise it will turn out to be too thick, and the cake will be dense, not airy.
Remove pits from cherries and pat dry with paper towels. Peel apples and seeds and cut into slices. Based on the size of the apples, you may need 3-4 pieces. As for cherries, a handful will be enough, otherwise the cake will turn out to be too wet.
Grease and flour a 24 cm mold. Pour most of the dough, put apples in one layer, and a cherry between the slices. Pour out the remaining dough.
