Ingredients: Turkey or chicken fillet, cauliflower, Pouring, egg yolks, water, butter, cheese, grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, Italian herbs
Cooking method:
Cut the fillet into slices ~ 1.5 cm thick. We beat off through the film so as not to damage the structure of the meat fibers. Salt (very little, you can not even salt) and pepper.
Bring the cabbage to a boil, turn off and leave for a few minutes.
Whisk 2 egg yolks with salt. Pour water into the pan, heat, add the yolks and spices. Heat over low heat, do not bring to a boil (4), stirring constantly. Add a piece of butter, then grated cheese. Cook until thickened.
Dip the chops in the egg mixture and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, mix with the remaining filling. Arrange the chops and cauliflower in a bowl.
Bake 20 min. at 200’ (“Top and bottom heat”).
In a more dietary version, you can boil the meat a little, then mix with boiled cauliflower and cheese filling and put in the oven for the same 20 minutes.
