Cooking method:
Wash rabbit meat and pat dry.
Salt the meat, pepper and add your favorite seasonings.
2 large onions finely chopped and fried until golden brown in vegetable oil.
We send the fried onions to the meat, mix well, cover with a lid and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
We clean the potatoes, cut into large pieces, salt, pepper, sprinkle with Provence herbs and sprinkle with vegetable oil. Mix and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Put meat and potatoes in a baking bag and tie tightly. Poke a few holes in the top of the bag to release steam. Place in preheated oven at 200Β° for 1 hour.
