Today I will present to yours a very simple, very quick, and very tasty appetizer salad from my reader Lilia M., who not so long ago left a comment with a recipe under one of my publications. Such a "Canned" salad can be prepared for Sunday lunch or dinner, it is prepared in just minutes and does not need to be insisted.

So, the preparation of the salad begins with the preparation of the onion.

Onions need to be finely chopped and filled with a mixture of water and vinegar in equal proportions. This was not in the recipe, Lilia suggested adding raw onions. I like pickled more. If you take red onions, it tastes even better.

Next, you need to open the cans of canned red beans and peas. Send to a salad bowl and prepare the next ingredient.

These are pickled cucumbers, I replaced them with pickles, which my mother had salt in the summer. They need to be cut into small cubes, no more than beans. Next, we send from, along with the onions, to a salad bowl, add mayonnaise and mix well.

Of course, I don't add salt, but freshly ground black pepper is a must. Mix the salad well, garnish with parsley and serve.

Ingredients:

1 can of canned beans

1 can of canned peas

2-3 pieces of pickled or pickled cucumbers

1 small onion

Vinegar and water in equal proportions for onions
