Ingredients: Mushrooms, Onion, Cream, Flour, Water, Vegetable oil for frying, Salt, pepper, garlic
Cooking method:
Wash the mushrooms, cut into 2 or 4 parts, and send to the slow cooker on the frying mode so that all the liquid evaporates (or put in a saucepan to simmer) for about 20-30 minutes.
Cut the onion into small cubes (or half rings) and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. When the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated, add the onion to the mushrooms, mix and fry together for 5-7 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and flour, mix well so that there are no lumps.
Add cream, mix well to combine with flour. Stir for a couple of minutes and add water. You can use more water, it depends on how thick you want the gravy (I have a very thick one).
Add granulated garlic, stir and simmer for a few more minutes. Mushrooms are ready. Bon appetit ππ.
