It's time for a selection of dinners at which I have lost 63 kilograms in 2 years and continue to grow slimmer thanks to calorie counting and their deficit.

✅Before telling about dinners, I want to dwell a little on the basic rules that are usually recommended to be followed:
- dinner should consist of protein foods (for example, non-fatty meat, fish, eggs) and fiber (vegetables),
- dinner should be one of the less high-calorie main meals, light,
- it is necessary to exclude fast carbohydrates and significantly reduce complex carbohydrates,
- last meal - 3 hours before bedtime.
At first, I tried to adhere to these recommendations. But over time, listening to my body, as well as learning about the latest research by Israeli scientists, I began to eat carbohydrates in the evening and not always have the lightest calorie dinner.
And in the end, the process of losing weight is still going on, but became more comfortable, which once again proves that it is important to observe only the daily calorie deficit and the BJU balance. This is confirmed by the experience of subscribers who dine quite satisfyingly, leaving more calories for the evening than for other meals.
The rule has become unchanged for me - the last meal should be 3 hours before bedtime.
Since we have dinner at 17 o'clock (and this is not because you cannot eat after 18. This is our regime, conditioned by work), then after dinner I began to drink tea with dried fruits or finish the nuts that I had not eaten during the day. But usually, at about 7 pm I have tea with mango or dates.

1️⃣ The classic dinner, which does not contradict the general recommendations, is protein and fiber.
You can make delicious chicken rolls:
- chicken roll with spinach, cheese and tomato,
- chicken roll with scrambled eggs.
And add a piece of roll with vegetable salad.
2️⃣ A great dinner is a variety of chicken and vegetable casseroles and other baked vegetables and meat dishes.
For example, a piece chicken pie with chicken, mushrooms and cabbage, without a gram of flour would be a great dinner.
Or baked bell pepper stuffed with minced chicken with soft cottage cheese and cheese .
Or meat nests with various fillings (for example with mushrooms and cheese).
3️⃣ A stew with vegetables and meat can also be a great dinner.
For instance, zucchini stew with turkey - light, but at the same time hearty dinner.
Can you cook chicken thighs with vegetables and complement them with a small portion of a side dish, for example, buckwheat.
4️⃣No one canceled various tasty and satisfying salads!
