Ingredients:

  • milk - 750 ml
  • flour - 300 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp. l.

Filling:

  • minced pork - 350 g
  • frozen corn - 200 g
  • cheese - 100 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • tomato sauce - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • ground sweet paprika - 1 tsp l.
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste

Breading:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • breadcrumbs - 100 g

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the pancake batter.
In a bowl, break 2 eggs, pour 1 tbsp. l. sugar and 0.5 tsp. l. salt. Beat everything with a mixer until light foam.

2. We take 750 ml of warm milk and pour about 300 ml into a bowl. Gently mix at low speeds of the mixer or with a whisk by hand so that the batter does not splatter.

3. Here we pour 300 g of flour. First, mix with the mixer turned off so that the flour does not gather dust, and then turn on and mix the dough at low speed until smooth.

4. Pour the remaining 450 ml of warm milk. Mix again.

5. To prevent pancakes from sticking to the pan, pour about 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and mix. Leave the dough on the table to rest for 15-20 minutes.

6. The dough is infused, fry the pancakes.
Before the first pancake, grease the pan with a little vegetable oil.
We take about half a ladle of dough and pour it into the pan, distributing it throughout the pan. We fry pancakes on a fire slightly less than average.

7. When the pancake is browned on one side, flip it over to the other side. So we fry all the pancakes. From this amount of dough, I got 25 pancakes in a pan with a diameter of 24 cm.

8. We are preparing the stuffing.
Cut one large onion into cubes.
We put the onion in a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Saute until golden.

9. Add the garlic to the onion through the press. We pass everything together for another half a minute.

10. Here we add 350 g of minced meat to the pan. Stir and fry the minced meat, stirring occasionally for about 5-8 minutes. The stuffing should change color.

11. Pour 200 g of frozen corn to the minced meat with onions. We mix. Frozen corn can be substituted for canned corn.

12. Salt everything to taste, pour 1 tsp. l. ground sweet paprika and add 2-3 tbsp. tomato sauce. Pepper with black ground pepper. Mix everything and cook for another 2-3 minutes. The filling is ready, remove from the fire.

13. 100 g of cheese three on a fine grater.

14. We make pancakes.
We take one pancake and put on it about 1 tbsp. l. fillings. Top with grated cheese. We wrap the edges of the pancake on both sides and twist. In this way we start all pancakes.

15. This amount of filling is enough for 25 pancakes.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork until light foam.

16. Dip the stuffed pancakes first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.

17. Immediately put them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. When the pancakes are browned on one side, flip them over to the other side. Remove the finished pancakes on a paper towel to drain excess fat. We cook all pancakes in this way.

Ready-made pancakes are served hot on the table.
