My breakfast today was quite nutritious.
Sandwiches on whole rye bread (60 g) with butter (10 g), low-fat cheese (20 g), fish (40 g) and caviar perch (about 15 g).
All this with green tea. At breakfast, vitamins mandatory.
Breakfast came on 450 kcal.
I noticed that I started having breakfast there is often a bit of butter? I looked at KBZHU, a little fat still the last time, perhaps on the hair and began to pour in more than they should. Decided to eat butter, to see that change. I try to keep the fat in the region of 65-70 g
Snack I had a pear (180g), but I forgot to take a picture. snack on 75 kcal.
We had lunch earlier today, only to go for a walk.
For lunch boiled buckwheat (10 g as a finished product), chicken breast, fried on the grill (100 g as a finished product) and vegetables (peppers well browned on a grill).
Lunch came to 380 kcal.
After dinner went for a walk, we reached Biserova lake that exists already since the Ice Age. Biserova - the closest relict lake to Moscow. The natural monument of regional significance.
In 1939 he conducted major archaeological research and from the depths of ancient pottery has been removed, indicating ancient human settlements on the shores of the period of early Neolithic!

Total 1 245 kcal per day.
