Hello! Today, I am preparing a "rustic Italian cake"... This rich, delicious and easy to make a cake with apples. Why Italian - probably this recipe invented in Italy. Why rustic - well, it's because of its ease of preparation! I'm not the first time I bake a cake for the recipe, and even had time to make some changes with respect to the original, and a campaign of writing will show them... And the taste is not pie !!!

And here are the products needed for cooking:

In the original required 3 chicken yolk
100 g of sugar dough + 2 tablespoons per posypku
Butter 2 x 25 g

According to the original recipe in the pie needed only the chicken egg yolks, but, then there is a question "Where do squirrels?". A couple of times I have followed the principle of the separation of the eggs, and then once again tried to bake a cake with whole eggs - there is a difference, but small, the cake in any case, a cool! And now, instead of 3, I add the yolks to the dough 2 whole eggs.

To begin with, I beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, and in the process of whipping add the sugar. When the mass turns white, the grains of sugar are more or less soluble, pour milk and 25 g of melted butter.

Then sift flour, baking powder and put on whip with a mixer, until until the dough is smooth, with no lumps. According to the density of the dough obtained as pancakes. And it's all... The dough is ready!

For baking, you can take absolutely any form (split, silicone, keksnitsu), but the small size, a maximum of 21 cm. Then the cake will be high! Unfortunately I have available is the smallest form of 23 cm, and the photo shows that the cake so obtained smallish. It is certainly possible to increase the proportions of the ingredients, but I like it and so ...

Next, take the apples, remove core with seeds, cut into slices. Removed from the peel of apples or not - it's your business! I, too - when I clear the apples when not. Put the apple slices on top of the test - the more apples you fit, the juicy cake is!

Then melt the another 25 g of butter and pour it on top of the whole pie. And sprinkle with sugar... OnlyTry to sugar did not fall over the edge of the baking time it melts and begins to turn into burnt caramel.

Pie baked in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees. Delicate, soft, with a slightly sour taste of apples and crunchy sugar crust on top - just awesome delicious cake!
