Today cook "lazy belyashi" - at least, that's the name of this dish can be seen on the Internet. But maybe someone will like to call it pancakes with fillings or pripokom. Nevertheless, in spite of any name - it is very tasty, quick, satisfying. And with the lightest pastry handle any hostess.

Ingredients for cooking:

For the dough:
Kefir any fat content - by 450-500 ml
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Salt and soda - 1/2 hours. l.
Flour - about 200 g
For filling:
Minced meat - 250-300 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Salt, black pepper, spices - to taste
Vegetable oil for frying - 2 tbsp. l. at times

The dough for these "lazy Tat" or is it stuffed pancakes made... How about pancakes! In a bowl break the egg, add salt, rub the whisk or fork.

Separately (in separate dishes) in yogurt adding soda, and wait until the vigorous reaction.

Once kefir "due to" work-proburlit, pour it in a bowl with an egg.

Next, add the sifted flour and knead the dough of medium thickness, well, just like on pancakes. You may need a little more than 200 grams of flour or less, yet the density of yogurt plays a role.

For the filling we use any ground meat, to your preference. Add the prepared minced meat finely chopped onion - and it can crush you in a blender, mince, grate, I prefer to finely chop with a knife. Because only add spice black pepper and salt.

Before you start frying "lazy Tat" I tear off from the small pieces of minced meat, a little less than the size of a walnut. First to roll down their kruglyashi and then flatten - obtained a kind of meatballs-noses. And, moreover, I constantly do so (such as preparing a lazy belyashi often) - this is very convenient, no hassle, everything is done quickly. And if such noses are, I simply pick back into the general mass. I repeat - it is very convenient ... And already for countless times for their preparation, I know, you need to prepare no more than 20 pieces of snout.

Now take a pan, pour in the oil and warm up the fire a little above the minimum - no more. In the list of ingredients, it pointed out that at one time required 2 tbsp. l. - that is, before frying each batch of "lazy Tat" in the pan, pour 2 tbsp. l. oil. Now, spread a tablespoon of dough as pancakes, put a penny in the middle of the minced meat and a little dent it.

More top pour a small amount of dough, trying to gently close the whole stuffing. Pan cover with a lid and fry until browned.
