Cooking method:
First, turn on the oven for heating (250 degrees).
We take Armenian lavash and adverb like homemade noodles. Not very long and not very wide. Add milk and eggs to it. Mix everything together well and let it soak.
While the pita bread is soaking, we grate the yellow cheese on the fine side of the grater, and the mozzarella on the coarse side.
When the cheeses are grated, we begin to form a pizza. I have round discs with holes and I use parchment to keep them from dripping. It is necessary to spread the "dough" in an even layer and even sides.
