Cooking method:
To prepare this salad, you must first bake the vegetables. On a sheet of foil lay out a sprig of thyme, half a clove of garlic, beets. Salt the beets, sprinkle with a small amount of sunflower oil and wrap in foil.
We bake carrots and potatoes according to the same principle, separately on other sheets of foil. We spread the vegetables in foil on a baking sheet and send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
We peel the baked vegetables and cut them into small cubes, like a pickled cucumber. Chop the red onion into very small cubes. We combine all the vegetables in one bowl, season with sesame aromatic oil and mix.
In a bowl, add pickled mushrooms, a little canned peas (optional), salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
Put an appetizing and very tasty salad on a plate, sprinkle with sunflower seeds or hemp seeds and serve. Good appetite!
