Ingredients: DOUGH:, - Butter, - Flour, - Sugar, - Cocoa, Vanilla/vanillin, FILLING:, - Cottage cheese, - Eggs, - Sour cream, - Sugar, - Semolina, Vanilla/vanillin, soda, slaked. 1 tsp vinegar, chocolate - for decoration

Cooking method:

Grind butter, sugar, flour and vanillin into crumbs.

Add cocoa, stir.

Grind cottage cheese with sugar, semolina and soda.

Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla to the curd mass, mix well.

Lubricate the form butter and dust with flour. Put 1/3 of the crumbs, evenly distribute along the bottom of the mold, forming the sides.

Put half of the filling on the dough, again 1/3 of the crumbs, then the second half of the filling, and again the crumbs.

Bake in a preheated 180° oven for 40-50 minutes. Cool the finished cake and pour over melted chocolate.
