Our family decided to not particularly celebrate this day - it comes to food. Therefore, the festive meal is not ready. Holiday he's in the shower? Is not it?)

Focusing on the weather decided it is better to carry out the pre-holiday in the outdoors with a barbecue. About this day, I have already told you yesterday.

But on Sunday planned bike ride around the neighborhood. Waking up early at first upset when he saw that the rain.

Had breakfast with two boiled eggs and a sandwich with whole grain bread and squash caviar and green tea.

During breakfast, I drink a capsule of omega -3 and vitamins.
