Cottage cheese pie with apples and cranberries

Ingredients: Dough:, Butter, Sugar, Flour, Baking powder, Eggs, Cottage cheese, Filling:, Apples, Cranberries, Sugar

Cooking method:

Whisk soft butter with sugar.

Add cottage cheese and eggs. Mix.

Add flour and baking powder. Mix.

Wash the apples, cut in half and remove the core.

Put the dough into a mold (I have a mold measuring 23 * 23 cm) and distribute it evenly.

Put the apples on the dough cut side up and slightly drown them in the dough. Put cranberries in the middle, if the berries are frozen, then you do not need to defrost them first. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
