Ingredients: cod liver /230g jar, at least 115g of liver, enough for two servings of salad/, chicken eggs, mozzarella, white onion, st l of mayonnaise

👩🏻🍳White onion should be cut into very thin half rings, then chopped into small cubes. If you use onions, it is advisable to pour boiling water over it after slicing to beat the spiciness.
👩🏻🍳 I grated mozzarella and egg white on a medium grater, the yolks will not be needed in the salad.
👩🏻🍳I chose the assembly in the culinary ring. And you can also serve salad in wine glasses, bowls, portioned salad bowls, in a word, as it will be convenient. The first layer is finely chopped cod liver.
