" Oatmeal, sir!" (cold cooking)
"Oatmeal, sir!" (cold cooking)

Ingredients: oatmeal (hercules), milk, prunes, cream

Cooking method:

We will prepare the necessary products. We take 3 tbsp. l. oatmeal and put in a jar (shaker, container - in any container with a tight lid). Cut the prunes, add it to the flakes. Instead of prunes, you can take any berries and fruits or nuts.

Pour prunes and flakes with cream (cream can be replaced with kefir, yogurt, sour cream, but then the porridge has a sour-milk flavor, I like the creamy taste more). Close the container and mix well. For lovers of sweeter, you can add sugar or honey. Prunes themselves are very sweet, so you can do without additives.

Add milk to the resulting mixed mixture and put in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning the porridge is ready. You can take a jar with you and have breakfast in a traffic jam or at work. You can store this porridge for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Bon appetit to everyone, good festive mood and inspiration to create new culinary masterpieces! 🍽😊 Questions, suggestions and wishes - write in the comments, I will be happy to answer everyone.
