The special taste of white wine mulled wine: a combination of almonds and pineapple

Ingredients: cloves, cinnamon, almonds, nutmeg, a thick slice of ginger, water, lemon, pineapple, brown sugar, white dry or semi-dry wine

Cooking method:

Pour water into a saucepan and place on the stove. At this time, prepare the ingredients: cut the ginger into thin rings and, optionally, pineapple and lemon.

When the water starts to boil, add spices, fruits and sugar. Stir and cook for about 2-3 minutes, covered with a lid over moderate heat, turn off and leave for 10 minutes.

Separately, over moderate heat, warm the wine to 70 degrees (ie, to light bubbles and steam), remove from heat and mix with the prepared spicy-citrus mixture. Wrap and leave for 15 minutes.

Strain before serving.

Serve hot.
