This dough is easy to make, quick, and can be refrigerated for up to 5 days. You can do absolutely anything. And most importantly, this pizza can be prepared for kids))).
Ingredients: chicken egg, milk, salt, vegetable (I have olive) oil, soda, dry basil (at me Italian herbs), vinegar (preferably less than 9%, I have apple 6%), flour (I have whole grain)
Cooking method:
Beat the egg, add milk, salt, herbs, oil to it, mix everything.
Add soda to our mixture, mix everything again.
Add vinegar, soda should react with vinegar.
Then gradually sow the flour and knead the dough. At first I kneaded with a whisk, then, as it thickened, with a spoon. Then you can knead with your hands.
When the dough stops sticking to your hands, wrap it in cling film and let it "rest" for 10-15 minutes.
Roll out our dough on a floured surface. It makes 2 large pizzas. The dough rolls out easily and does not tear.
You can choose the sauce and filling to your taste🤗 my sauce is tomato paste and natural yogurt. And the filling is tomatoes and cheese (for my son). For my husband, the filling was more and more varied😄.
We bake pizza in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit💜.
