In this collection, I have collected five recipes with minced meat at once, which are great for the daily menu. These are juicy lazy lavash lasagna, tender meat bread for sandwiches instead of sausage, delicious lazy cabbage rolls in a pan, casserole with cabbage and minced meat, and hearty rice with meatballs. All dishes are simple and satisfying, and they are prepared from the simplest and most affordable products. They are perfect for lunch or dinner with the whole family. In almost every recipe, you can use the type of minced meat that you prefer more. I also really like that almost all these dishes are self-sufficient and you don’t need to cook meat and side dishes separately. This saves a lot of time. lazy lasagna

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 600 g
  • lavash - 1 pack (200 g)
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • cheese - 50 g
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • butter - for greasing the mold

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. First, let's prepare the filling. Onion cut into cubes. Three carrots on a fine grater.
    In a heated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, pass the chopped onion until golden. Add the grated carrots to the onions and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  2. We put 600 g of any minced meat to the vegetables. I use ground beef. Fry vegetables with minced meat over medium heat for about 5-8 minutes, all minced meat should change color. All salt to taste and pepper, add 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste. Mix everything and remove from heat.
  3. Lavash is cut into sheets in the form in which we will bake lasagna. I have a mold measuring 16 by 26 cm. From one 200 gram package of pita bread, I got 6 sheets according to the size of the form.
  4. Collecting lasagna. Lubricate the form in which we will bake with butter. At the bottom we put one sheet of pita bread and grease it with 1 tbsp. l. sour cream. Spread a layer of meat filling evenly on top. We cover with the next sheet of pita bread and again grease it with sour cream and put the minced meat with vegetables. So we add up all the lasagna.
  5. 50 g of three cheese on a coarse grater. The last, top pita bread, grease with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  6. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  7. Lazy lasagna with pita bread turned out very tasty and satisfying. It is very easy to prepare and anyone can do it.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 800 g
  • cheese - 100 g
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • egg white - 2 pcs.
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
  • breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l. without a slide
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients. Cut the onion into small cubes. Three carrots and cheese on a coarse grater.
    Dilute one tablespoon of tomato paste with water to a more liquid state. Approximately 5 tbsp. l. water.
  2. Separate two eggs into yolk and white. We do not need the yolks, but beat the whites a little with a fork so that they become more uniform.
  3. Put 800 g of any minced meat in a bowl, add grated carrots, cheese, pour half a glass of breadcrumbs, add chopped onions, slightly whipped squirrels and diluted tomato paste. Salt everything with about a tablespoon of salt without a slide and pepper to taste. Mix well with hands.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. The size of my form is 25 by 11 cm.
    We spread the meat mass in the prepared mold and tamp and level the minced meat with a spoon.
  5. We put everything in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
  6. Remove the baked meat loaf from the oven and let it cool completely. We take out the cooled bread from the mold and cut into portions.
  7. The meat loaf was very tasty and satisfying.

Lazy cabbage rolls in a frying pan

Ingredients:

  • minced pork - 500 g
  • white cabbage - 200 g
  • round rice - 80 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc./li>
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Sauce:

  • sour cream 20% - 200 ml
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
  • water - 100 ml
  • salt - 1/2 tsp. l.

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Finely chop the white cabbage with a knife and transfer to a bowl. Pour boiling water over it and leave for about 10 minutes. White cabbage can be replaced with Beijing cabbage, but then it is not necessary to pour boiling water over it.
  2. Pour the washed round rice into a saucepan, salt for about 1/2 tsp. l. salt and pour 1 tbsp. hot water and put on fire. As soon as the water boils, cover the saucepan with a lid, remove it from the heat and leave the rice for 10 minutes.
  3. While the rice and cabbage are infused, prepare the vegetables. Onion cut into cubes. Three carrots on a fine grater.
    In a hot frying pan with vegetable, sauté the onion until golden and add the grated carrots. Saute for another 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
  4. The water in the cabbage has cooled down, wring it out with your hands and transfer it to a separate bowl. Here we put 500 g of any minced meat and add rice. If there is liquid left in the rice, then it must be drained. We salt everything for about 1 hour. l. salt and ground black pepper. Add 1 raw egg and add browned vegetables. Stir the mince until smooth.
  5. From the cooked minced meat with vegetables, we form fairly large balls. One ball is about 1 tbsp. l. minced meat.
    Put the prepared meat balls in a cold pan. I have a deep frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm.
  6. We're preparing the sauce. Pour sour cream of any fat content into a bowl, put 1 tbsp. tomato paste, add about 1/2 tsp. l. salt and pour 0.5 cups of water. We mix everything well. Pour the prepared sauce into the pan for lazy cabbage rolls.
  7. We put everything on fire and cover with a lid. When the liquid in the pan boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer the dish over low heat for about 35-40 minutes.
  8. Ready lazy cabbage rolls are removed from the fire and served hot. Top the cabbage rolls with sauce and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Casserole with cabbage and minced meat

Ingredients:

  • cabbage - 1200 g
  • minced pork and beef - 500 g
  • champignon mushrooms - 300 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • vegetable oil - for frying

Fill:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sour cream - 100 ml
  • cheese - 50 g

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients. Finely chop about 1 kg of white cabbage. We shift the chopped cabbage into a bowl, salt to taste and mix a little, rubbing with salt with our hands.
  2. We put the prepared cabbage in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry the cabbage for about 3 minutes over high heat, stirring with a spatula, and then cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to a minimum. Simmer the cabbage for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If necessary, you can pour a little water into the pan with cabbage.
  3. While the cabbage is simmering, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Cut mushrooms into slices. Sliced ​​mushrooms are fried in a dry hot frying pan over high heat until all the liquid has evaporated. When all the liquid has evaporated, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan with mushrooms, salt everything to taste and pepper. Mix the mushrooms and fry until golden brown.
  4. Cut a medium-sized onion into cubes. Saute the onion with a little oil in a frying pan until golden. Add 500 g of minced meat to the finished onion, mix everything and fry over medium heat until the minced meat changes color. At the very end, salt the minced meat to taste, pepper, mix everything and remove from heat.
  5. Lubricate the baking dish with butter. At the bottom of the form we put a little more than half of the stewed cabbage. Put the minced meat with onions on the cabbage and evenly distribute it in shape. Put the mushrooms on top of the minced meat and cover everything with the remaining stewed cabbage.
  6. Preparing the filling for the casserole. Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add 100 ml of sour cream and salt to taste. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth. Here, add 50 g of grated cheese to the filling and mix. Pour the prepared mass evenly over the casserole with a spoon.
  7. We put everything in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. and bake for about 20 minutes.
  8. Casserole with cabbage and minced meat turned out very tasty and juicy.

Rice with meatballs

Ingredients:

  • boiling water - 600 ml
  • minced meat - 500 g
  • rice - 300 g
  • cherry tomatoes - 250 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Let's prepare the vegetables first. Cut one onion into cubes. Three carrots on a fine grater. In a heated frying pan with a little vegetable oil, sauté the onion until golden. Add the grated carrots to the golden onions and sauté for about 2 more minutes.
  2. We put 500 g of any minced meat in a bowl, I use pork. Salt the minced meat to taste, pepper with black ground pepper and mix everything. We roll meatballs from prepared minced meat.
  3. We put 300 g of well-washed rice in a baking dish, add vegetable sauté here, salt everything, about half a tablespoon of salt and pepper with black ground pepper and mix. You can also add seasonings that you like.
  4. Put the prepared meatballs on top of the rice. Place cherry tomatoes between the meatballs. We fill everything with boiling water. For 300 g of rice, you need to take 600 ml of boiling water.
  5. Cover the form with a lid or foil. We put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for about 1 hour.
  6. The finished dish is served hot. Rice with meatballs turned out to be very tasty and satisfying, and tomatoes give this dish a special flavor note.
