Coconut is rich in valuable oils and our main immune organ - the intestines, where most of the immune cells are concentrated - loves it.
Coconut oil cleanses the intestines and immunity, gains strength and starts working (a weakened immune system "lives" in a dirty intestine).
Most raw foodists know that the gut is a second brain that directly affects mood and a powerful immune organ. That is why they chose this type of food for themselves (pure food). After all, only thermally unprocessed food leaves the body quickly and does not suit the "warehouse" of three-day deposits (and, as a result, weekly, monthly and one-year-olds).

Ingredients:
1. Coconut pulp - half (coconut oil)
2. Dried apricots - 7-9 pieces
3. Flax - 2 tablespoons (flaxseed oil, Omega 3)
4. Water - 1 glass
5. Walnut oil - 1 tablespoon (you can use another or without it at all)
Preparation
We open the coconut, take out the pulp from it (the pulp of one half is enough), peel it of the brown skin, cut "like clockwork" into 2 parts, we divide one part into even smaller parts and throw it into the blender container, and rub on grater.
Also, immerse flax and dried apricots soaked in water (several hours) to the coconut, add a little warm water and nut butter (any is possible).
Grind for about 2 minutes until a homogeneous mass is formed. The result is a delicious coconut dessert rich in healthy oils. Enjoy your tea, dear friends! ;)
