Grated pie with jam

Ingredients: flour, butter, egg, sugar, vanillin, baking powder

Cooking method:

Add sugar and vanilla to softened butter. Beat with a mixer until the sugar dissolves.

Add an egg. Mix well with a mixer or whisk until smooth.

Pour the sifted flour in parts (in 2-3 approaches). Pre-mixed flour with baking powder. Knead into a soft, non-sticky dough. You may need more or less flour, depending on the consistency.

Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Wrap most of it in cling film and refrigerate. A smaller part in the film and in the freezer. We clean everything for 30-40 minutes.

Cover the form with parchment. Spread most of the dough with your hands in shape, making the sides.

Spread your favorite jam, not in a thick layer (I have plum) over the entire base.

Remove the smaller part from the freezer, grate, covering the entire surface of the pie.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Baking times may vary as all ovens are different.
