Ingredients: small peppers, minced meat (to taste, I have pork-chicken), medium onions, large carrots, Russian type cheese (grate), salt, spices (I have hops - suneli, nutmeg, ground black pepper, dried thyme), tomato paste, vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method:
Cut the onion into cubes, rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft, then add carrots to it and fry for another 3 minutes. Lay the vegetables out of the pan on a plate.
In the same pan, fry the minced meat, immediately break all the lumps. Fry until all minced meat brightens (usually 5 minutes). Then we add our vegetables, salt, spices, tomato paste to the minced meat, mix well and fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes. We turn on the oven at 200-210 degrees.
Wash the peppers, cut in half, leaving the tail. It allows you to keep the shape. We remove the seeds. Fill each half with filling and bake for 20 minutes. Then we take it out of the oven, spread the grated cheese on the minced meat and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
