Ingredients: oatmeal, chicken eggs, hard cheese, green onions, salt, dried herbs, vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Prepare the required ingredients.
Mix oatmeal with salt. Break two eggs here, beat lightly until the components are combined. Pour dry herbs (I have dried dill).
Cut the cheese into thin sticks, finely chop the green onion feathers.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with the addition of a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Pour the egg-oatmeal mixture into a thin layer. On one half of the pancake lay out green onions with cheese.
We cover the filling with an empty half. Fry oatmeal on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
That's all. Literally 10 minutes and a healthy breakfast is already on the table. It can be served with tea, coffee or juice.
