Buckwheat with bean tomato sauce with vegetables and minced meat

Ingredients: buckwheat, water, boiling water, salt or to taste, For sauce: minced pork or any other, large onion, baked beans with vegetables in tomato sauce, water, boiling water, salt, dried garlic

Cooking method:

First, let's put the buckwheat to boil.

Thoroughly wash the buckwheat and send it to the pan, pour boiling water, salt, cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat / power to a minimum and cook for 10 minutes until the water evaporates. Turn off the gas / power and leave it on the stove, let it steam as it should.

While the buckwheat is cooking prepare the sauce.

We send the minced meat to a preheated pan, simmer it, stirring all the time and distributing it with a spatula so that it is not one lump. Lightly salt.

We cut the onion into cubes and send it to the minced meat, fry everything together. Next, add the baked beans with vegetables in tomato sauce and pour boiling water.

Such beans can be replaced with fresh vegetables, tomato paste and canned beans. Then the sauce will cook longer, but it will not affect the taste in any way.

Next, we try the sauce for salt, if necessary, add salt, sprinkle with dried garlic, mix and leave for another minute, then remove from the stove.
