Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.

Saturday promised to hit its saturation. We have so much to do and get a bunch of places. And all this we have planned for today.

Looking ahead to say that everything we had planned.

Was even surprised that the state authorities are no queues and we safely arrived, they made their case and went on.

That's just to catch everything, everyone had to climb in the day at 7 am, quickly freshen up, have breakfast and hit the road.

Well, for breakfast I have today the banana-oatmeal muffins with apple and cinnamon (130 g), a sandwich with homemade whole wheat bread (50g) with clotted cream (10g) and salted chum (40g).

Green tea with lemon I do not like it anymore, but to change his favorite green tea with jasmine, I'll still rare). At breakfast I do not forget about vitamins and omega-3 capsule.

Breakfast came on 430 kcal.

We returned home enough for lunch, but dinner was not ready (I is such a bad hostess ...). Therefore undershot I sandwich on whole wheat bread (25 g) with salted chum (40 g) under green tea. And apple.

Snack left on 190 kcal.

Snack, began to prepare dinner for everyone.

I had pasta for dinner durum wheat (100 g ready-made as well as how to cook at all), fillets turkey breast, fried in spices for nonstick pan without oil (150 g) and vegetables: tomato (50 g), and Cucumber (60g).

Total lunch turned 355 kcal.

Somewhere in an hour after dinner, drank green tea prikusku with prunes (20g) - 50 kcal.

A dinner extinguished Mexican mixture (150g) and warmed chicken cake (110 g). For dinner, it turned 305 kcal.

Rate of water drunk, the pedestrian walk was about 2 hours. Home exercise today is not made, only the bar was periodically.
